By using our website and purchasing our physical products, you agree to the following:

Physical Goods Only: At this time, Digital Oasis sells physical stickers and graphics. We do not currently offer digital downloads for public purchase.

Product Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy between your screen and our prints. However, due to different monitor calibrations, slight variations in color may occur.

High-Resolution Integrity: All stickers are produced from high-resolution 300 DPI sources to ensure the crispest possible print quality.

🎨 Intellectual Property & AI Disclosure

We celebrate the intersection of technology and art to present original designs to offer to you. Our design process involves:

AI-Enhanced Artistry: We use advanced AI tools to generate base concepts.

Human-Touch Refinement: Every image is manually processed by us. This includes removing backgrounds, upscaling to 300 DPI, and performing "photo processing" (color balancing and sharpening) to ensure it meets our print standards.

Manual Touch-Ups: We hand-edit designs to correct "AI goofs" (like extra paws or tails) and use professional suites like Gimp, Affinity, and Canva to add custom text and layout elements.

Ownership: Digital Oasis retains all rights to the final curated designs. Purchase of a physical sticker does not grant the right to reproduce or redistribute the artwork.

📦 Shipping & Local Pickup

San Antonio Local: We love our Alamo City neighbors! Keep an eye out for local pop-up markets where you can snag our stickers in person.

Shipping Policy: We ship physical goods via standard carriers. Digital Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout, but we will always do our best to help you track down a package.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you aren't 100% happy with your order, let us know. We offer refunds or replacements to ensure you have a positive experience with our brand.

Quality Issues: If your order arrives damaged or if there is a technical error that slipped our QA checks (like a "Print Then Cut" alignment issue), please contact us within 30 days.

Cricut Variance: Please note that because our stickers are produced using a Cricut Maker, very slight variations in cut alignment may occur, which is a hallmark of the handmade artisan process.

🔒 Privacy Policy

Data Usage: Your data is used strictly for fulfilling your orders and improving your experience at Digital Oasis.

No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Local Management: In line with our commitment to data integrity, we manage our high-resolution design files on secure local hardware (external drives) rather than high-compression cloud services.
